You can permanently delete your VincData AI account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to do it and exactly what is removed.
Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open the VincData AI app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account in the Account section and confirm.
Your account and data are deleted immediately and you are signed out. This action cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email privacy@vincdata.ca from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify ownership of the email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account (login credentials and authentication record).
- Your profile information (name, email).
- All of your chat conversations and messages.
- All images you uploaded for analysis.
What may be retained
We may retain a limited amount of information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes payment/transaction records kept for tax and accounting obligations, and anonymized audit logs (with your account identifier removed). This residual data is not used to identify or contact you.
